What is Jewish Meditation?
Seth Castleman
"Jewish meditation, at its essence, is a path towards living a healthy, happy, and righteous life. As we awaken our conscious attention, we are driven less by habit and reactivity and more by our deeper intentions. It is a new lens of perception, opening the door to infinite possibilities, for ourselves and for the world."
