Come take time for silence before davenning and allow yourself to open more fully to the experience of prayer. Join and support others in silence who are committed to the practice of meditation. There is no leader, no agenda, and no discussion. This sit was inspired by our beloved teacher, Rabbi Alan Lew, z"l. In his honor, we will read a selection from his writings at the end of every sit. The sit will end between 5:45 and 5:50 PM, in time to attend TBZ Kabbalat Shabbat services at 6:00 PM.
