The service is a dedicated contemplative service deepening the Shabbat service experience with contemplative chant, meditation and Torah study. Kiddush follows the service. Join and support others in silence who are committed to the practice of meditation. There is no leader, no agenda, and no discussion. This sit was inspired by our beloved teacher, Rabbi Alan Lew, z"l. In his honor, we will read a selection from his writings at the end of every sit.
