Nishmat Hayyim programs have recently expanded in scope and geography. In February and March participants throughout Metro-West enjoyed a five-week course, Jewish Wisdom for a Sane Life, in collaboration with Temple Israel of Natick. "It was a phenomenal course. And a great opportunity to learn meditation together with my fellow congregants," responded a participant from Temple Israel. "I wanted to renew my meditation practice and gain a better understanding of my mind," said another who traveled from north of Boston each week for the class.

As spiritual preparation for Pesach, Nishmat Hayyim hosted its latest day-long meditation retreat on Sunday, April 13, the first of hopefully many to come at the beautiful Center at Westwoods.
